The 2019 Lake Mills Night Out Against Crime will be Tuesday, June 25 from 6-8 p.m. at Real Hope Community Church, 1345 Stonehedge Ln.
The night will include police and fire department personnel with vehicles and equipment, the CHETA Critical Care Transport, EMS demonstration, free health screenings, health and safety information, face painting, kids’ games and more. There will also be a PADA “Stuff the Squad” event collecting toiletries and other necessities for displaced domestic abuse victims.
Children can have a bike helmet fitting, sponsored by American Family Insurance. There will also be bike licensing.
Another highlight of the night will be the Medflight arrival after 7 p.m. and the Custom Canines Service Dog Academy dogs.
The sponsors of the event are the Lake Mills Police Department, Lake Mills Fire Department, Lake Mills EMS, Watertown Regional Medical Center, Fort HealthCare, UW Health, American Family Insurance and UW Health Med Flight.
