Summer Reading Program for Adults?…you bet! L.D. Fargo Library offers a program for those 18 and over which encourages reading and promotes literacy. Each person who turns in four or more simple ‘review’ forms of books from now until Aug. 1, will have $10 donated in their honor by the Friends of L.D. Fargo Library to the Jefferson County Literacy Council which promotes general literacy within Jefferson County. Last year there were 40 participants and $400 was donated to the JCLC by the Friends of the Library. Stop by the front desk at the library to pick up a form so you can participate.

Stop by 413 Campus Street for free flowers at the curb. There are free flowers, ground sedum, clay pots, resurrection lily bulbs, Lily of the Valley, day lilies, and chives. Thanks, Bea, for sharing. What a great way to share the beauty of our gardens or inspire others to share.
