Cambridge scored seven in the fourth, two in the sixth and a game-ending run in the seventh inning to earn a 10-0 victory against Lake Mills in Southeast Section Home Talent League play on Sunday.
Jens Noststad was 3-for-4 to lead Cambridge hitters.
Lake Mills only had two hits. Brett Neverman and Bret Sanders each had a hit.
Jefferson defeated Lake Mills, 21-1, on Friday. The Blue Devils scored 10 runs in the first inning and nine runs in the fourth inning. Dustin Moldenhauer, Avery Clark and Steve Winter each had three hits.
Bret Sanders had the only Lake Mills hit.
Fort Atkinson struck out 15 times in a 4-0 loss to Evansville on Saturday. The first six Generals to enter the batters box were struck out to open the game.
The Generals bounced back for a 5-1 victory at home against Waterloo on Sunday. Albion visited Utica and earned a 5-1 win on Sunday.
Stoughton squeaked by McFarland for a 7-6 victory. The Muskies scored five runs in the seventh inning to pull within one, but couldn’t pull off the upset. Dave Hanson had three hits for the Merchants; Chris Lund, Winder Fuentes and Yonardo Hernenez each had two hits.
