The Lodi and Poynette baseball teams both had two players earn first-team All-Capitol North Conference after great springs.
The Blue Devils had six players honored overall, while the Pumas had three.
Lodi tied Columbus for third place in the Capitol North with a 5-5 record.
Lake Mills was a perfect 10-0 on its way to the conference crown, followed by Watertown Luther Prep (7-3), Lodi, Columbus, Lakeside Lutheran (2-8) and Poynette (1-9).
The Blue Devils had sophomore pitcher Carson Possehl and senior infielder Gavin Burke named to the first team. It was the first all-conference recognition for both players.
Poynette was represented on the first team by senior infielder Kevin Gorman and junior utility player Noah Stark.
Gorman was also on the first team last year, when he was the only Puma to earn all-conference. Stark was recognized for the first time.
The first team was filled out by pitchers Nick Carpenter (Lake Mills, Sr.) and Micah Larsen (Luther Prep, Jr.), catcher Malachi Roeseler (Luther Prep, Sr.), infielders Spencer Hans (Lake Mils, Sr.), Trent Casper (Columbus, Sr.) and Kyle Schupmann (Luther Prep, Fr.), outfielder Riley Zirbel (Lake Mills, Jr.), Joel Schewe (Luther Prep, Sr.) and Alex Ryan (Lakeside Lutheran, Jr.) and designated hitter Harley Jones (Lake Mills, Sr.).
Carpenter and Zirbel were the only unanimous picks. Carpenter was named the Capitol North Player of the Year.
The Blue Devils had junior infielder Logan Richards and senior outfielder Slater Fitzgerald land on the second team. Fitzgerald was also a second team pick last year and honorable mention pick as a sophomore.
Junior outfielder Austin Gray was the only Puma on the second team. He was honored for the first time.
The second team also consisted of pitchers Trace Kirchberg (Columbus, Jr.) and Jackson Lindemann (Lutheran Prep, Jr.), catchers Joe Morris (Columbus, Jr.) and Adam Mitchell (Lake Mills, Sr.), infielders Gabe Uttech (Lakeside Lutheran, So.), Caleb Heckendorf (Luther Prep, Jr.) and Nate de Galley (Luther Prep, Jr.), outfielders Hunter Buechel (Lake Mills, Jr.) and Kendall Minick (Columbus, Jr.), utility player Carter Schneider (Lakeside Lutheran, Jr.) and designated hitter Nolan Gutgesell (Columbus, Jr.).
Earning honorable mention all-conference for the Blue Devils was sophomore catcher Carson Richter and sophomore infielder Brady Ziegler. It was the first recognition for both.
Poynette did not have an honorable mention pick.
Rounding out the honorable mention list were pitcher Nathan Chesterman (Lakeside Lutheran, So.), catcher Carter Buchta (Lakeside Lutheran, Sr.), infielders Ian Olszewski (Lakeside Lutheran, So.), Sam Giombetti (Lake Mills, Sr.), Michael Freson (Lakeside Lutheran, Sr.) and Sam Kahl (Columbus, Sr.), outfielder Zach Scheuerlein (Luther Prep, Sr.) and designated hitter Logan Papel (Lakeside Lutheran, Jr.).
