The Good Samaritan Society is selling its rehab/skilled nursing locations and senior living apartments in Lodi, Fennimore and St. Croix Falls later this year, according to a news release from The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society.
The Good Samaritan Society will transfer ownership of these locations around Dec. 1, but the name of the buyer is not being released at this time. The release also states the Good Samaritan Society will work with the buyer during the next two months to ensure a smooth transition for residents and employees.
Also not noted in the news release was the sale price nor the reason for the sale.
Good Samaritan Society – Lodi is located at 700 Clark St.
The Lodi campus provides physical, occupational and speech therapies on an outpatient basis; post-acute rehabilitation services for people of all ages who no longer need hospital care but would benefit from additional therapy and care before returning home following injury, illness or surgery; skilled nursing home care; and specialty care, including orthopedic rehabilitation, stroke recovery, wound care, pain management, post-cardiac recovery, IV therapy, general physical strengthening, and balance.
