The Lodi & Lake Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce wants to be where the action is.
According to Taryn Latour, chamber coordinator, the Lodi & Lake Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce will move to a new location in January 2018.
The chamber will move from the Associated Bank building on 102 N. Main St. to 114 S. Main St., the building in between the former Sugar Shack and Spring Creek Park.
“It’s been in the works for the past couple of years…,” Latour said. “It will be easier for people to find us.”
Latour said the new building will have a desk area for the public, which showcase pamphlets and brochures about tourism and other chamber information.
She said there will be a locking system for visitors to be able to access after hours, while the back offices will be open during normal hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
According to Latour, the building will undergo some remodeling in the next few weeks, including new flooring and freshly painted walls.
