The Lodi girls and boys track and field teams had mixed results at the Capitol North double dual Marshall hosted on April 16.

The Lady Blue Devils came away with an 83-63 victory over Lakeside Lutheran, but the Lodi boys fell 100.5-45.5 to the Warriors.

In other results at the meet, the Cambridge boys defeated Marshall 114.5-31.5, while the Lady Cardinals downed the Blue Jays 101-44.

The Lady Blue Devils got a big boost from the performances by Rhianna Walzer and Mackenzie Heyroth. Both came away with three individual wins.

Walzer worked her way to first place in the 100 (12.56 seconds), 200 (:26.12) and shot put (34-feet).

Heyroth had a great all-around night with wins in the 100 hurdles (:14.46), 300 hurdles (:45.52) and long jump (17-0.75).

Hanna Busser, Isabelle Clary and Lauryn Milne each had one win for the Lady Blue Devils.

Busser was first in the 400 (1:03.18), to go along with a second-place finish in the 200 (:27.21).

Clary topped the field in the 1,600 (5:42.84), while Milne won the triple jump (33-5). Clary was the runner-up in the 3,200 (12:55.40), while Milne was second in the 800 (2:35.08).

Holly Jelinek (fifth, 400, 1:09.02; fourth, triple jump, 30-7), Amanda Miller (third, 100, :13.34; third, 200, :28.12), Norah Lee (fifth, 3,200, 14:05.55), Taylor Ripp (third, 100 hurdles, :17.20; fourth, long jump, 14-10), Allison Lochner (second, pole vault, 7-feet), Ella Puls (second, shot put, 33-8), Gwen Lincoln (third, discus, 79-5) and Samantha Klann (fourth, discus, 77-4) also registered top-five finishes.

The Lady Blue Devils had Busser, Heyroth, Milne and Puls win the 1,600 relay (4:18.94), while Clary Milne, Claire Schoenemann and Lee were tops in the 3,200 relay (11:04.84).

Amanda Miller, Lexi Mitchell, Puls and Ripp earned second place in the 800 relay (1:59.15).

Meanwhile, Lucas Heyroth, Riley Faust and Melvin McIntyre had the only wins for the Lodi boys.

Heyroth was first in the long jump (20-4.5) and third in the 100 (:11.11), while Faust won the 800 (2:10.69). McIntyre had a height of 11-6 to win the pole vault.

Also earning top-five finishes for the Blue Devils were Cayden Coddington (fourth, 100, :11.43; fourth, high jump, 5-6), Luke Beckwith (third, 200, :23.41), Owen Jelinek (fifth, 200, :23.59; second, 400, :52.08; second, triple jump, 39-8), Brandon Grover (fourth, 1,600, 5:04.18; third, 3,200, 11:17.43), Austin Davis (fifth, high jump, 5-6), Curtis Chandler (fifth, pole vault, 10-feet) and Kyle Becker (second, shot put, 44-4).

The Lodi boys were second in the 400 (:45.78; Beckwith, Coddington, Jack Hansen, Heyroth), 800 (1:34.94; Beckwith, Coddington, Hansen, Heyroth) and 1,600 (3:42.78; Jelinek, Quinn Faust, Riley Faust, Colin Statz) relays.

This Saturday, Lodi will compete in the La Crosse Aquinas Invite at 10 a.m.
