The McFarland Historical Society is hosting a strawberry shortcake social Sunday afternoon at the Larson House Museum. Proceeds from food sales will benefit the society.

Congressional staff listening session, E.D. Locke Public Library, 1 p.m., outreach staff from Rep. Mark Pocan’s office will talk with community members about their concerns

Teen after hours: painting with Bob Ross, E.D. Locke Public Library, 5:30 p.m., teens are invited to paint along while watching a Bob Ross video, there will also be a game of Bob Ross bingo with prizes, free, registration not required but appreciated on the library’s web page
