McFarland High School seniors will accept their diplomas Sunday afternoon.

Students, family, friends and community members will gather at 1 p.m. in the high school’s A gym for the event.

Doors will open at noon. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis, and no seat saving is allowed. There is a limited number of folding chairs for seating on the floor, and bleachers on both sides of the room will be available.

Speaking at the ceremony will be valedictorian Leah Russell and salutatorian Nora Briddell.

Class officers are Erin Thiede, president; Quinton Brandt, vice president; Caleb Blair, treasurer; and Megan Jansen, secretary.

The class of 2019’s motto is “Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory,” from Dr. Seuss. The class song is “Good Ol’ Days” by Macklemore and Kesha.
