Blackhawk RV Campground celebrated love this weekend with a variety of events ranging from The Newlyweds Game, a vow renewal ceremony and a reception.

On Friday, campers participated in The Newlywed Game to test their true knowledge of their spouses.

Saturday, couples said “I do” again in a vow renewal ceremony that gave couples the opportunity to come together for a party of love with friends and neighbors as they recommitted themselves to their partners. Once the vows were complete, the newlyweds walked down a bubble filled aisle to a “just married” golf cart parade around the campground.

To keep the celebration going, all campers were invited to a reception with a live band, cake and champagne toast. Guests wore attire from past weddings, including wedding dresses, tuxedoes and bridesmaid dresses. Those who followed the recommended dress code were entered to win a selection of special prizes. In addition to the throwback attire, participating couples provided photos from their weddings, and the Blackhawk RV team displayed them alongside photos taken in a photo booth at the vow renewal reception.
