Members of the public joined with members of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9362 to observe Prisoners of War (POW)-Missing in Action (MIA) Day on Friday, Sept. 20 at the post, located at 349 S. Walker Way in Sun Prairie. Video by Chris Mertes.
