Kelly Shipley

Frank Maydak, Area General Manager, Wisconsin announced that Kelly Shipley accepted the position of General Manager for the Sun Prairie/Portage LAM.

Shipley reports to Maydak. He will be responsible for the overall operations, revenue and product penetration for our markets in central and southern Wisconsin.

Shipley most recently served as the Commercial Market Manager for southern Wisconsin for TDS Telecom. He gained a vast range of experience in more than 18 years in telephony.

As Market Manager Shipley successfully developed and executed sales and marketing strategies, and developed local engagement opportunities that increased brand awareness and sales.

As General Manager for TDS in Waterford, Shipley provided operational leadership and managed his teams to exceed operational and revenue targets.

Shipley has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. He will move back to his hometown of Sun Prairie with his wife, Kristi; son, Alek and daughter, Anna.
