Sonic is celebrating the grand opening of its first Sun Prairie drive-in location on Friday, Oct. 11.
Located at 2564 Ironwood Drive, the Sun Prairie Sonic drive-in will be open from 6 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week.
“We can’t wait to open our drive-in and introduce Sonic’s unique menu offerings and drink combinations to the Sun Prairie community,” said Chris Osen, franchisee of the Sun Prairie Sonic Drive-In. “On days when you’re out running errands, driving to work or simply relaxing after a long day, we hope you’ll take a break with us and enjoy your favorite menu items.”
With the full menu available all day, guests can enjoy favorites like a breakfast burrito or a shake to start their morning or satisfy a late night craving.
The Sun Prairie Sonic Drive-In will be owned and operated by franchisees Christopher and Serena Osen, along with Stephen and Nichole Schick. Prior to opening Sonic, Christopher Osen worked for a family business in Sun Prairie for over 14 years. The Schick family is actively involved with the charity Schools of Hope and their children’s school, Westside Elementary. The Sun Prairie Sonic Drive-In plans to work with the Sun Prairie Area School District as its official philanthropy partner.
