Denise Rose (Jordan) Case passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 26 at the age of 62 in Hospice care in Big Springs, Texas. She was born on April 24, 1956, in Madison, Wisconsin to Alvin M. Jordan Sr. and Joann G. (Duschack).

Denise was raised in Sun Prairie where she graduated high school in 1974. During that time she developed a love for painting and music. In 1977 she joined the army, serving for 11 years. In the army she was able to see the world and met the love of her life, Terry Case, while stationed in Korea. Denise was honorably discharged in 1988 so she could devote herself to caring for her children. She never lost her love of music which was a comfort to her through her battle with dementia.

Denise is survived by her three children Daniel (Meagan) Jordan and his three children Lucas, Vivian and Natalie, daughter Melissa (Christopher) Guntz, their son Alexander, and son David Case.

She is also survived by nine siblings, Delores Hinman, Deborah (Greg) Wiesensel, Sam (Val) Jordan, Deanna Jordan, Tony (Sue) Jordan, Alex Jordan, Dena Jordan, Andrew (Stephanie) Jordan and Delynn Cannon.

Denise is preceded in death by her husband and her parents Alvin and JoAnn.

Graveside services will be held at Arlington National Cemetery on April 24 at 9 am.
