Welcome to your library

Flanked by Waunakee Library Board members and staff, Waunakee Village President Chris Zellner cut the ribbon on the new Waunakee Public Library on Aug. 1 as Library Director Erick Plumb held the microphone. Hundreds showed up for the ribbon cutting and tours of the new facility. Several speakers thanked all of the supporters, and Pete Vogel of Vogel Bros. Building Co. highlighted the work of the hundreds of crafts people on the project. The new library at 201 N. Madison St. would open for regular hours the following day.
