Display  at Cambridge Library

First Friends instructor Kristin Stockwell and the Cambridge Community Library teamed up to present art work for display during the month of March.

Stockwell’s students studied famous pieces of artwork and imagined being able to jump into the painting and pictured themselves doing something within the artwork.

These 14 unique and creative works of art are now on display at the Cambridge Community Library, 101 Spring Water Alley through the end of March.

First Friends program is designed by Stockwell to give children an opportunity to explore, invent, discover, create, share and learn with other children.

The program takes place on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30-11 a.m.  Contact Cambridge Activities Program (CAP) at (608) 423-8108 for more information.

Library hours are: Monday and Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
