Wesley “Jug” Jarlsberg celebrated his 100th birthday on Oct. 14, 2020. An open house that had been planned for Saturday, Oct. 17, from 1-4 p.m. at Willerup United Methodist Church, 414 W. Water St., in Cambridge has been postponed. You may still send birthday cards to him, care of Willerup United Methodist Church. He was born in Cambridge on Oct. 14, 1920. He is one of five sons and one daughter of Olaf and Stella Jarlsberg. He was baptized and confirmed at Willerup United Methodist Church and served in World War II. He and his wife Charline have been married for more than 50 years.
