Christmas parade, 2020 version

With COVID-19 making it hard for people to gather together this Christmas like normal, some locals are using other means to spread some holiday cheer. Windsor Village President Bob Wipperfurth led a vehicle parade past the home of his mother-in-law, Ruth Butler, on Saturday. Wipperfurth said she was surprised and happy. Vehicles were decorated and signs and lights were part of the spectacle, as they later went to other parts of town. Before the parade, they gathered at the Middle School parking lot to get set up and hold a pre-parade tailgate. Wipperfurth's grandson Jack shows off a sign.
