Matt Giovanni, wildlife biologist and local resident, gave me the idea for this project. Chase Lumber of De Forest donated the wood. Mr. Giovanni led the students and volunteers in constructing kestrel nesting boxes. Thank you to all our volunteers and the families who will be mounting the nesting boxes to attract wildlife to De Forest!
