Lodi School Board and District Administration announced Nov. 15 that CG Schmidt (CGS) has been selected to serve as the construction manager for the district’s $22 million building referendum projects that were approved on the Nov. 8 ballot.

The contractor selection process was led by the Board and District Administration to find a partner to collaborate with Plunkett Raysich Architects (PRA), a firm previously hired by the district to support the master planning and referendum process. CG Schmidt will support the District and work together with PRA to manage and deliver the cost-effective facility solutions approved by the community.
