Fire damages town of Deerfield home

Fire and EMS departments and other agencies from through the area responded, including the Deerfield Fire Department, Cambridge Fire Department, Marshall Fire Department, Cottage Grove Fire Department, Lake Mills Fire Department, McFarland Fire Department, Stoughton Fire Department, Monona Fire Department, Sun Prairie Fire Department, Deer-Grove EMS, Sun Prairie EMS, the Red Cross and the Salvation Army.

All of the home’s residents were able to safely evacuate. The cause of the fire remains under investigation at this time but it does not appear to be suspicious.
