The Monona Grove girls basketball team kept its grip on first place in the Badger East Conference on Friday, earning a 60-47 victory at Milton.

Emily Clevidence scored 16 points to lead the Silver Eagles.

Milton (7-7, 2-5), which trailed by 12 points at halftime, got 13 points from Siage Radke and 10 from Hailey Ferguson.

Monona Grove improved to 7-0 in the Badger East, one game ahead of Beaver Dam.
