Soggy Prairie Boys to perform at two church festivals

Sun Prairie's very own Soggy Prairie Boys, who have performed at several Sun Prairie festivals including the Bacon Brew & BBQ Fest in 2015, will perform at The Sacred Hearts Fall Festival and the St. Jospeh's Parish Festival in September.

St. Joseph’s Parish, located at 1939 Hwy. V in East Bristol just outside of Sun Prairie, will host its annual fall festival weekend on Sept. 19-20.

The Soggy Prairie Boys (see related video) will play in the beer tent on Saturday, Sept. 19, from 7:30 to 11:30 p.m. The brat stand will be open on Saturday night. St. Joe's famous chicken and ham dinner will be served on Sunday, Sept. 20, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Bob and Rich Show (from the band “Road Trip”) will play in the beer tent from 1-4 p.m.

The festival also features bingo, bake sale, craft sale, raffles, religious goods stand, silent auction and games to entertain the kids. For those who want to come for Mass, St. Joseph's Parish will have a 6:45 p.m. Mass on Saturday night and a 10:45 a.m. Mass on Sunday morning.
